You are responsible for the total charges for the care and treatment at Women's Clinic, Ltd.
In most cases, we will accept your assignment of insurance benefits and will forward your bill directly to your insurance company. We
will allow 90 days from the date that we bill the insurance company for payment. If we have not received payment the status of your account
will change from "insurance pay" to "self-pay". At that time, you will be expected to make prompt payment.
We are working to meet your insurance and health plan needs. Because of this, the plans that The Women's Clinic Ltd. accept may change from time to time. If you have a question regarding your particular health plan, please contact your health plan provider.

We do not accept any Medical Assistance Plans.
Women's Clinic, Ltd. patients should familiarize themselves with the terms of their insurance coverage.
All insurance cards need to be presented at the time of check-in for each of your visits.
Co-pays and outstanding
balances will be collected at check-in, prior to receiving medical services.
We accept cash, check or Visa/Mastercard/Discover.
